Charles E. Cammack has over twenty years of progressive experience in the finance industry. His career began in the operations area of a bank while attending college. He later attained the position of Vice President and Loan Officer with a commercial bank.
Charles has strong agriculture roots. He grew up working on a cotton farm and cattle ranch near his hometown of Matador, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1985. His major carried an emphasis in Finance.
In addition to commercial banking, Mr. Cammack has spent a significant portion of his career in the agricultural real estate investments department for major insurance companies. His experience with insurance companies range from credit analyst to loan officer and eventually heading up a local field office. He also assisted a Fortune 500 financial services company in organizing a national department to originate and service agricultural real estate loans for the secondary market.
In June of 1999, Charles founded Trust Financial. As the head of this mortgage banking firm, he originates real estate loans secured by farms, ranches, agribusinesses and timber properties. Trust Financial currently has loans in several states and services a substantial loan portfolio.

Rupert Hays is a Certified Mortgage Banker. Rupert has been in the mortgage industry in excess of 40 years. A native Texan, Rupert was educated in Texas and Illinois. Rupert has owned and operated mortgage banking operations involved in residential and commercial mortgage lending. Rupert has consistently been a leader in the mortgage banking industry. Rupert has originated and purchased over $1 billion in mortgage loans in his career. He has also issued $2.2 billion in mortgage backed securities and $900 million in collateralized mortgage obligations. Rupert has been active in the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Rupert has served as a member and was elected Chair of St. Mary’s University Board of Trustee’s. On behalf of a national trade organization he has been a participant before the Financial Accounting Standards Board and appeared before the United States Senate providing expert witness testimony on behalf of the mortgage industry.
Rupert currently serves in the role of Relationship Manager with Trust Financial where he is responsible for originating and servicing mortgage loans on farms, ranches and agribusinesses. Rupert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company.

Jim Knowlton, a fourth generation Texas cattleman, has over 40 years of agriculture experience including dairy, beef cattle, irrigated crops, and farm and ranch real estate brokerage. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science in 1960.
Jim grew up in San Antonio where his family had been in the milk production and processing business for 3 generations. The summer before graduating from college, Jim worked at the Dairy Cattle Center at the University of Wisconsin. After graduation he returned to the San Antonio area where he and his wife owned and operated a dairy farm where they lived for 20 years raising two sons and developed the largest herd of purebred Brown Swiss in Texas.
In 1980 the dairy was sold and the Knowltons purchased a small ranch in Atascosa County where Jim established Knowlton Land and Cattle, a real estate brokerage and purebred beef cattle operation. In 2000, Jim and Carol (his wife of 43 plus years and a native of West Texas) decided life was too short to live it away from grandkids. The ranch and cattle were sold and they moved to Lubbock where one of their sons lives and owns a business.
The Knowltons are very involved with their church in Lubbock and Jim serves on the Animal Care and Use Committee (ACUC) and is a consultant for the Beef Cattle operations at Texas Tech.

William Galloway
William Galloway has an agricultural lending career that spans almost three decades. William is currently a timber land lending specialist with Trust Financial. William grew up in Alabama and has a family history of farming and ranching.
He obtained his B.S. from the University of Alabama in Banking, from the School of Commerce and Business Administration in 1982.
William began his career in banking and had various management roles with South Trust Bank (now Wachovia). A great portion of William’s lending career has been with the Farm Credit System with various offices in the southeastern United States.
William’s area of expertise is timber land lending. He is recognized as one of the premier lenders in his market, consistently outperforming his peers.
William was instrumental in arranging the largest transaction completed to date by Trust Financial, which consisted of a $230 million term debt facility for the purchase of a portion of the timberlands from International Paper Company.

Doug has over twenty years of financial services, management and administrative experience. A participative leader and efficient manager with a successful background in commercial banking, real estate, oil and gas, personnel, budgeting and balance sheet management. He is a proven performer with significant experience building organizations, recruiting and retaining key employees, establishing and achieving goals and objectives. Demonstrated team building abilities combined with superior presentation, planning, and budgeting skills.
Doug’s education consists of a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Human Resource Development, Master of Education in Adult and Extension Education, and Bachelor of Science in Business Education.
Doug’s work experience and education lend proof of his expertise as a loan officer.

Dennis joined Trust Financial as a Loan Officer in 2010. He has more than twenty years of lending experience as a commercial and agricultural lender. In addition, Dennis has significant experience supervising numerous small branch banks in Colorado. Dennis began his career as an appraiser of equipment and livestock and he maintains current knowledge of equipment and livestock trends.
Dennis has had extensive training and experience with the credit guidelines of the Farm Credit System. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Business Management in 1981. Dennis and his family reside in Greeley, Colorado.

Craig Blackwell grew up working on a farming and ranching operation in Dickens County, Texas. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, having received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Production in 1973, a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1993 and an MBA in 1994 with an emphasis in Finance.
Craig has been involved in agricultural finance for over 30 years, either as a lender or a financial analyst. His experience includes working in Production Credit Associations and commercial banks in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. He has served as Coordinator of the Agricultural Financial Analysis Project at Texas Tech University and now provides consulting services to those involved in small business and agricultural enterprises.
Craig and his wife, Christi, have been married over 35 years and reside in Lubbock.

Bonnie Smith has worked in the corporate world for over 20 years. She has held accounting positions in various industries, including restaurant and engineering. After attending four years of court reporting school, Bonnie went back into the corporate world with a tremendous amount of new experience. This knowledge allowed her to excel in the next two positions she held with multi-faceted accounting firms.
Bonnie joined the team at Trust Financial in February of 2006. Her experience, attention to details, and ability to quickly comprehend new legal concepts are assets to Trust Financial and its customers.

Virginia brings many years of administrative assistant experience to our company. Before joining the Trust Financial Team in 2006, she previously worked in a physical rehabilitation hospital, an electronics company, retreat center for clergy and an accounting firm.
Virginia’s responsibilities include the tracking and maintenance of loan servicing items. These items include; tax returns, financial statements, real estate tax payments, property insurance, entity status, UCC Filings, preparing and filing of release documents for paid-in-full loans, partial release & timber release requests as well as other various administrative duties.

Glenda has experience in many different fields over the past 25 years. She has over 10 years of title experience, and 13 years of Home Mortgage Loan experience. Before coming to Trust Financial in 2006, Glenda worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Glenda’s extensive experience in title work and the mortgage industry makes her a valuable asset to the Trust Financial team.
Glenda’s responsibilities include: ordering appraisals, ordering title documentation, ordering loan documentation, and oversight of the closing process for new and amended loans. Her position also requires general administrative functionality, as necessary.

Debbie has worked in the corporate world for numerous years holding various positions in multiple industries. She worked in retail for several years and held several positions including Customer Service Manager. In telecommunications she has held positions in customer service, data entry and Lead. After being laid off from MCI after eighteen years, she has found a new career here at Trust Financial.
Debbie possesses numerous office clerical skills, including; computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, 10-Key by touch/data entry, typing, strong customer service skills, corporate training, leadership abilities, quality assurance experience, filing, copying, invoice billing, scanning and accounts payable.
Debbie joined the Trust Financial team in June of 2006 Debbie where she utilizes her customer service and office skills in her role as a Receptionist/Office Support Assistant. Debbie is integral in assisting with many facets of the loan process.

Kyle began working for Trust Financial on an internship basis in May of 2009, in order to gain experience in Agriculture Lending. He took a full time position as a Credit Analyst with Trust Financial in January of 2010.
Kyle graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 with a degree in Agriculture Economics, and a minor in Business.

Charles has worked previously as a Loan Officer and Credit Analyst in the residential mortgage sector. Additionally, Charles has prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager for Walgreen Company.
In 2006, Charles graduated from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX with a BBA in Marketing. Charles also holds an MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce University, which was conferred upon him in 2009.
