Charles E. Cammack has over twenty-five years of progressive experience in the finance industry. His career began in the operations area of a bank while attending college. He later attained the position of Vice President and Loan Officer with a commercial bank.
Charles has strong agriculture roots. He grew up working on a cotton farm and cattle ranch near his hometown of Matador, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1985. His major carried an emphasis in Finance.
In addition to commercial banking, Mr. Cammack has spent a significant portion of his career in the agricultural real estate investments department for major insurance companies. His experience with insurance companies range from credit analyst to loan officer and eventually heading up a local field office. He also assisted a Fortune 500 financial services company in organizing a national department to originate and service agricultural real estate loans for the secondary market.
In June of 1999, Charles founded Trust Financial. As the head of this mortgage banking firm, he originates real estate loans secured by farms, ranches, agribusinesses and timber properties. Trust Financial currently has loans in several states and services a substantial loan portfolio.

Rupert Hays, CMB
Relationship Manager
Rupert Hays is a Master Certified Mortgage Banker, and has been in the mortgage industry in excess of forty years. A native Texan, Rupert was educated in Texas and Illinois. Rupert has owned and operated mortgage banking companies involved in residential and commercial mortgage lending. Rupert has consistently been a leader in the mortgage banking industry. Rupert has originated and purchased over $1 billion in mortgage loans in his career. He has also issued $2.2 billion in mortgage backed securities and $900 million in collateralized mortgage obligations. Rupert has been active in the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Rupert has served as a member and was elected Chair of St. Mary’s University Board of Trustees. On behalf of a national trade organization he has been a participant before the Financial Accounting Standards Board and appeared before the United States Senate providing expert witness testimony on behalf of the mortgage industry.
Rupert currently serves in the role of Relationship Manager with Trust Financial where he is responsible for originating and servicing mortgage loans on farms, ranches and agribusinesses. Rupert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company.

Craig Blackwell

Craig Blackwell grew up working on a farming and ranching operation in Dickens County, Texas. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, having received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Production in 1973, a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1993 and an MBA in 1994 with an emphasis in Finance.
Craig has been involved in agricultural finance for over thirty years, either as a lender or a financial analyst. His experience includes working in Production Credit Associations and commercial banks in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. He has served as Coordinator of the Agricultural Financial Analysis Project at Texas Tech University and now provides consulting services to those involved in small business and agricultural enterprises.
Craig and his wife, Christi, have been married for over 35 years and reside in Lubbock.

Bonnie Smith
Accounting Manager
Bonnie Smith has worked in the corporate world for 28 years. She has held accounting positions in various industries from restaurants to engineering firms. After attending four years of court reporting school, Bonnie went back into the corporate world with a tremendous amount of new experience. This knowledge allowed her to excel in the next two positions she held with multi-faceted accounting firms.
Bonnie joined the team at Trust Financial in February of 2006. Her experience, attention to details, and ability to quickly comprehend new legal concepts are assets to Trust Financial and its customers.

Glenda Scott
Loan Closing Supervisor
Glenda has experience in many different fields over the past 25 years. She has over 10 years of title experience, and 13 years of Home Mortgage Loan experience. Before coming to Trust Financial in 2006, Glenda worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Glenda’s extensive experience in title work and the mortgage industry makes her a valuable asset to the Trust Financial team.
Glenda’s responsibilities include: ordering appraisals, ordering title documentation, ordering loan documentation, and oversight of the closing process for new and amended loans. Her position also requires general administrative functionality, as necessary.

Brad comes from a farming family that produced radishes, carrots, parsnips, and various other vegetable crops that were distributed & sold in many countries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University in College Station.
As Senior Analyst for Trust Financial, Brad fields new loan requests from Internet and phone sources, utilizes various credit analysis forms/underwriting requirements, and performs servicing duties including partial releases, modification requests, and financial covenant reports.
